I took the lodge, camp and Cycle Tuli photos for this beautiful reserve’s website and advertising. What an experience we had throughout the entire process. I left a piece of my heart in that bush veld. Starry nights…the one thing that amazed me the most of the Tuli Game reserve – at night the sky covers you like a bright starry blanket. It creates peace within you, something we lose in big city life.
Add that to a place where friendly helping staff, great service, luxury accommodation, excellent game rangers, stunning sunsets, the sound of fish eagles soaring across the majestic Limpopo river, bathing elephants and a boma fire, all blends together. I was privileged enough to experience all of this during 3 different trips – each trip holding an adventure of its own. Every season this place looks different and the diversity of the ever-changing bush and its habitants, makes every trip unique.
I would recommend the TULI Game reserve to anyone looking for a true African experience that’s still within easy reach from South Africa, even for a weekend breakaway. This place with its diversity of accommodation, caters not only for the couple looking for a romantic breakaway, but also for families with children, large groups and business trips. It also gives the sport fanatic a cycling adventure they will never forget. It really caters for everyone. And of course, being a photographer, this place is paradise, I can’t wait to go back and capture yet another majestic Baobab tree!
